After securing Ph.D. degree in sugar chemistry from National Sugar Institute Kanpur Dr. Manoj K.Srivastava joined Indian Institute of Techn. Kanpur. During this tenure he worked on latest process technologies, products development, biotechnology, Enzymatic chemical mechanism.

He has presented more than 80 research papers in national and international journal of repute in conferences and workshops in U.S.A., Australia, Asia pacific, Europe, South America and Africa. He has started his chemical industry in 1988 with aim to reach his researches and technology up to basic level of consumers. He at present serves Enzymatic technologies and Diversify industries P.U. Tech. and Plasticizers. In his area of specialization of enzymatic chemical combination for industrial use and behavious of so many enzymes in reverse micelle, he worked with deep insight in so many international tie ups.
